POSITION: Software Testing Engineer DEPARTMENT: ADT
RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Review Project Requirement Document, SW Functional and Design Specifications, and other relevant documentation to extract detailed test cases and provide additional requirements for testability
2. Develop/review/implement comprehensive test strategies; test plans; test effort sizing and schedules
3. Define, evaluate, and/or develop required test tools and test equipment.
4. Support the development team by isolating root cause of issues and partnering with development team on problem resolution.
5. Write user reference manual, quick start guide, release notes and other related technical documents for project teams.
6. Mentor and train more Junior engineers both from a process and technical perspective.
7. Other related duties requested by supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor or above degree with at least 2 years’ experience in related area
2. Having good understanding of software testing
3. Experience in test scripting with Python, Perl, C, or Java
4. Excellent in writing, reading English tech doc. Good spoken English to participate meetings
5. Very strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills
6. Quick learner, able to handle multiple assignments for themselves and staff
7. Hard working, self motivated, and assertive

职位要求：
1、 本科及以上学历，具有两年以上相关工作经验。
2、 对软件测试有非常深刻的理解。
3、 有Python、Perl、C或Java等语言编写测试脚本的经验。
4、 有良好的阅读编写英文技术文档的能力，能够用英语参加会议。
5、 善于与人沟通，具有一定的冲突管理能力。
6、 学习能力强，能够同时处理多个任务。
7、 工作细心、勤奋、积极主动、自信。
