Below is the JD/Requirement:
Position: SAP/Web Performance Test Engineer

Work location: Shanghai

Job Description
- Responsible for SAP, Web and other protocols’ performance, availability, capacity, reliability testing, result analysis, reporting and system tuning
- Work directly with American/EMEA people to define all testing conditions/schedule and present report
- Communicate all test activities with team members and customers
- Be able to develop software programs needed to perform testing
- Strong commitment to execute the plan, deliver quality results on schedule and achieve testing goals

Job Requirements & Skills Required
- 2+ years of experience working on software testing
- Understand the full manual & automated testing life cycle
- Experience in delivering various kinds of test deliverables independently (test plan, test case, test script, test schedule, test report)
- Have consolidated knowledge and experience in at least one of the performance testing tools: LoadRunner, OpenSTA, JMeter, Rational Performance Tester, etc.
- Have basic knowledge of QA and be willing to follow QA process
- Be able to handle more than one testing project in parallel and coordinate properly with customers
- SAP projects experience is preferred
- Good programming skills in C or Java based on windows and UNIX
- Competent in using Mercury test suite
- Familiar with Linux, UNIX, and Windows operating systems
- Familiar with basic communication protocols (HTTP, Socket, FTP, etc.)
- Excellent English communication skill (can lead conf call with American/EMEA people)
- Good team work spirit and team player
- Be a quick learner
