新open职位：Principal/Senior QA （Java+Web前端 ）Key skill: Java, automation/performance testing, web application/UI/API OK English
Requirements:
1、Bachelor/Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable university
2、3+ years of industry experience
3、Hands-on experience shipping production software in one of the following areas: web product, distributed systems, database management, data warehousing and cloud management system.
4、Broad and profound knowledge in software architecture, system administration, and programming languages and testing tools.
5、Solid skills in at least one of: web application UI/API automation; shell scripts; Java programming; performance testing
6、Strong expertise in all areas of QA, including test case design, automation, white / gray-box testing
7、Experience with agile development process
8、Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English. Comfortable working with US colleagues
9、Comfortable working in the Linux environment

职位方向一、Principal/Senior SDET-Database
Responsibilities:
Work with the core R&D engineers to develop and test the Greenplum database core.
1. Work closely with R&D engineers during the product development to execute tests
2. Implementation of test framework and unit/API test of the database core layer and a distributed system
3. Plan the system test and make plan, code, execute system/component test against the production, a distributed system
4. Lead junior QA engineers/contract to perform good test
Requirements:
Must Haves:
1、6+ years experience developing/testing enterprise level software products.
2、Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable university
3、Strong passion and proactive
4、Strong knowledge of Database/Linux kernel
5、Strong coding skill in C/C++/Java in Linux
6、Excellent communication skills required
7、A good understanding of QA process and software development life cycle
Preferred:
1、Experience working with geographically separate teams
2、Strong trouble shooting and debugging skills to assist in root cause analysis
3、Experience with bugs filing systems and source control systems
职位方向二 Quality Engineer-JAVA 脚本职位要求：
1、Strong Java programming skills
2、Strong experience in script programming, shell, Perl, Python or Ruby
3、Proven understanding of design principles and best practices for automation development
4、Experience with working on Storage Arrays
5、Experience with the following is needed: testing methodologies and theories, test plan development, test case design, test execution practices, data collection and root cause analysis techniques, and reporting practices
6、Familiarity with use of source control mgmt systems (e.g. CVS, Clearcase/UCM, Subversion desired)
7、Must be capable of adhering to project schedules and effectively tracking progress to meet challenging deadlines
8、Ability to effectively communicate and achieve results in a geographically dispersed team
