China QA Manager and Technical Lead
Responsibilities
•        Lead QA projects through estimation, test case writing, test automation, test execution, reporting and post mortem.
•        Work with US-based team to provide QA leadership in a test effort that will heavily leverage automated testing.
•        Work collaboratively with development to automate the majority of the test cases.
•        Manage the QA staff and mentor junior QA engineers
•        Participate in requirements, functional and design spec reviews of new features converting them to comprehensive test specifications for manual and automated test cases in multiple configurations.
•        Contribute to the development of organization's goals and objectives.
Education: Master (technical) or equivalent experience
Skills and Experience
•        Solid verbal and written English  communication skills
•        Minimum of 5-7 years previous job-related experience with basic technical or professional experience in testing and test automation.
•        Must have experience leading QA projects through full software development life cycles
•        Must have experience deploying and developing automated test suites.
•        Must have experience managing engineers.

Test Automation Engineers

Summary
We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer with experience designing and implementing automated regression test suites to streamline the product testing and system verification process. Working with other Quality Engineering team members, including feature domain experts, you will create robust, data driven test plans built to find bugs; maintain proper working order of already written tests; oversee execution of test runs; and report test failures.

Responsibilities
•        Develop detailed automated tests from test plans, engineering discussions and functional specifications.
•        Create, maintain and extend the automated test infrastructure
•        Troubleshoot test case and test harness infrastructure failures
•        Effectively communicate and collaborate with the QA team in designing, implementing and maintaining automated scripts
•        Analyze test run results and report bugs
•        Actively participating in the software verification planning and test case design

Education: Bachelors (technical) or equivalent experience

Skills and Experience
•        Solid verbal and written English  communication skills
•        Experience with programming languages, scripting and QA automation tools
•        Work well with peers, project personnel and stakeholders within and outside the organization
•        Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently

Senior and Principal SQA Engineers (Test Engineers)

Summary
seeking Sr. Software Engineers who are resourceful, independent, multi-tasking, self-starter who wants to work in a high paced, fast learning, team environment. A successful candidate will have knowledge about product software development/test life cycle and must be passionate about delivering thoroughly tested, high quality products within the demands of deadlines.

This position also requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a good candidate must be interested in taking on responsibility of project implementation and completion. Preference will be given to candidates who can exhibit strong enthusiasm and high initiative.

Responsibilities
•        Conduct manual, semi-automated, and automated tests to validate new product development.
•        Design, develop, operate, and debug automation scripts/tools used for testing data communication network switches and routers.  
•        Communicates project test execution status to QA Leads.
•        Open problem reports for failures detected, troubleshoot failures to their root-cause and clearly understand and articulate those failures. Working with software engineers to resolve the failures.   

Education: Master (technical) or equivalent experience

Skills and Experience
•        Solid verbal and written English  communication skills
•        Extensive background in QA methodologies and experience developing and executing comprehensive test suites for enterprise software.
•        The successful candidate will possess strong technical and programming/test automation skills, have experience testing enterprise-class system software packages
•        Ability to come up to speed quickly and write clear, concise test cases based on feature specification documents.
•        Experience in feature testing of embedded software systems is highly desirable.
•        5-8 years of general software QA experience; ideally in a structured QA environment where you have utilized a formal Product Life Cycle process
