以下是ＬＥＡＤＥＲ的要求：
SQA Leader with University graduate in engineering, software engineering or business.
3+ years in software quality, software development or software project management experience with minimum 1 year in leader level; Has successful experience in CMM level 5 implementation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Enforce the software quality strategy and CMMi process, implement and institute the quality systems to improve the software quality and reliability;
• Institute the design review, inspection, quality testing, problem reporting & resolution, product release and change control in software development process; Enforce SLA in system support process.
• Conduct in-process audits and quality reviews to ensure that the quality goals are met;
• Analyze, prioritize and feedback software quality and services support issues and drive to closure;
• Drive the software process improvement; improve the quality systems & tools in software development projects, testing projects and system support projects.
• Develop tools, standard and procedures for measurement of the projects, performance, quality and cycle time;
• Implement project management to manage the deliverables, matrixes, indicators, risks and change control process.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University graduate in engineering, software engineering or business.
• 3+ years in software quality, software development or software project management experience with minimum 1 years in leader level;
• Successful experience in CMM level 5 implementation.
• Good presentation, communication and cross-culture interpersonal skills.
• Capability using English as working language.
