Responsibility:
1. Participate Requirement analysis
2. Design, maintain and implement performance scenario and scripts
3. Performance testing execution and result analysis
4. Work with BA/SA(Business/System Analyst) and Development teams for performance tuning
5. Software performance measurement and monitoring

Qualification:
1. 3 years of experience for testing engineer or 2 year to focus on performance testing
2. Strong hands-on Experience of performance testing execution and analysis in J2EE Application
3. Very familiar with the methodology of performance testing and bottleneck occurrence about BS structure appliaction etc
4. Skillful experience of Loadrunner, HTTPWatch, SQL Profiler etc
4. Strong knowledge of theoretics of software development life cycle, such as Agile/XP/RUP theoretics
5. Strong technology background about JBOSS, Weblogic, SQL Server, ORACLE etc, and Windows and Linux OS
6. Familiar with general scripting and programming skills under Windows and Linux
7. Good written and spoken English and strong communication skills are required
8. Project experience of Finance or Banking or Accounting industry is preferred
9. Initiative and diligent attitude towards Software Quality other than a dedicated team player
10. A BSCS or BSEE is required
