Skills
•        Excellent Communication skills
•        Experience in performance testing  web based applications (either using custom methods or commercial tools).
•        Experience with  J2EE testing environments using WAS and DB2
•        Optional - Familiarity with IBM Content Manager

Responsibilities
•        Work with the performance architect to understand the workload model on the system and build the environment, tools and techniques to drive the test system to the eventual expected peak workload on the system

Deliverables
•        Performance test plan and performance test cases and data to drive the performance test
•        Infrastructure to drive performance testing
