win7下安装bugzilla软件所需的perl模块失败怎么办？？？

我在安装bugzilla软件所需的perl模块出了很大问题，几个文件模块安装不了，具体问题如下：
C:\4.4>ppm install Template-GD
ppm install failed: Can't find any package that provides Template-GD

C:\4.4>ppm install Encode-Detect
ppm install failed: Can't find any package that provides Encode-Detect

C:\4.4>ppm install TheSchwartz
ppm install failed: Can't find any package that provides TheSchwartz

C:\4.4>ppm install Daemon-Generic
ppm install failed: Can't find any package that provides Daemon-Generic

C:\4.4>ppm install mod_perl
ppm install failed: Can't find any package that provides mod_perl

C:\4.4>ppm install Apache-SizeLimit
ppm install failed: Can't find any package that provides Apache-SizeLimit

C:\4.4>ppm install mod_perl
ppm install failed: Can't find any package that provides mod_perl
找不到这些包，这些包要在哪里下载，然后安装到哪里才行呢？
