公司为美国知名IT企业Compuware,上班地点在上海静安寺。
职位紧急，一旦录用，待遇从优。

Position1: Performance QA Engineer:
Responsibilities:
As a performance quality assurance engineer, the individual is expected to:
- Implement test scripts with performance testing tool and execute the performance test.
- Identify performance bottlenecks through various performance indicators and work with development team on performance tuning.
- Analyze production pattern and simulate in local performance test.

Requirements:
- A BS degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
- A minimum of 2 year experience in software performance testing AND performance tuning activities.
- Solid understanding of performance test and tuning basis.
- Experience on testing scripts design with one or more performance testing tool such as LoadRunner, QAload.

Position 2: Sr.QA Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Test planning, estimation & strategy
- Conduct test requirement review & analysis
- Execute test and record result
- Defect tracking and management
- Report test result
- Cross functional communication & customer interface
- Deliverables & progress for the testing activities
- Collect and report project metrics

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or related major
- Experienced in test planning, strategy, estimation
- Experienced in test requirement analysis & test design
- Experienced in test data preparation using professional test data preparation tools
- Familiar with software development process such as Unified Process/Iterative/Agile
- Effective communicate & document ideas
- Adopt systematic approach in problem solving.
- At least 3 years of QA experience

Position 3:Sr. Automation test Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for automate test case with Selenium or other automation tool.
- Be responsible to execute test cases/scripts independently.
- Be able to analyze test result, generate test/issue report and track issues till close.
- Communicate information timely and appropriately
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or related major
- At least 2 years of automation test experience, web-based automation is plus
- Familiar with Java, Javascript, Vbscript.
- Have the experience of automation work with Selenium, QTP or other automation tools.
- Should have the ability of creating the automation framework independently
- Effective communicate & document ideas
