      Basic checklist when saving to TD does not work


Solution

      Saving LD scripts and scenarios in the TD database seems logical. Efficient and centralized access to scripts and scenarios and their associated documentation is the goal.

However, before being able to successfully save to the TD database there are some things that need attention:

- Establish a LD to TD connection (via Tools>TestDirector Connection)

- Ensure that the LD and TD LAN drive(s) are mapped to the PC

- Ensure that appropriate modify authority has been set up to the TD database

These are the basic hurdles that need to be cleared, but do not represent all problems that can arise. Other problems have been posted on the Knowledge Base and in the Discussion Forum.
