Job Title:    ASP QA Manager
FLSA Status:       Exempt
Department: Network Operations
Reports To:    VP, Network Operations
Summary:  looking for a highly motivated, ASP QA Manager with at least 3 years of proven management experience in successfully leading diverse Quality Assurance teams. The QA Manager is responsible for the staffing and management of QA resources and day-to-day management of company QA practice and procedures. The QA Manager will work closely with all relevant teams to ensure successful and on time delivery of product and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
§       Provide leadership required to assure timely delivery of scheduled releases of products and services.
§       Maintain and continue to evolve best practices and standards for the QA teams.
§       Champion Quality improvement initiatives by working closely with key team member across all departments.
§       Drive efforts to automate the functional, regression, interoperability, load and scalability testing of products and services.
§          Lead and conduct operational reviews of service integration, performance measurement, quality control and change management.
§        Act as advocate to promote overall improvement in theproducts and service.
§       Evaluate individual performance and provide mentoring to promote skill improvement and career growth.

§ Position Requirements:

§ Minimum 3+ years of QA experience in testing ASP web based and database systems

§ Demonstrated ability to gather consensus through negotiation

§ Extensive work experience with development process and integration of QA process

§ Strong knowledge of C++, relational databases, HTML, ASP and JSP

§ Extensive experience with QA testing tool

§ Substantial experience testing internet and Web application products and services

§ Substantial experience with embedded streaming media Web applications

§ Excellent knowledge of internet networking, management and security protocols
