Quality Assurance Analyst
Location:  Shanghai, China

RESPONSIBILITIES:
In addition to the duties and responsibilities outlined below, the person filling the role will be required to
perform other duties assigned by the Manager from time to time.

?  To participate in the Functional, Technical, Performance, System, Pre-Issue Confidence and
Acceptance testing of Infor’s software products for the purpose of determining readiness for
deployment.
?  To be an expert on certain functions of the product, to act in an advisory capacity on these areas
and ensure testing coverage is effective.
?  To pass on expertise to other testers to ensure that specific functional knowledge level is high
within the Application Project/Services teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
?  > 1 years software testing experience
?  Extensive knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications
?  MS SQL Server and Oracle knowledge
?  Knowledge of full software development/testing lifecycle and methodologies
?  Good communication skills – verbal and written
?  Good English writing and reading skills

DESIREABLE SKILLS:
?  Educated to degree level or equivalent
?  > 1 years scripting experience using Java Script, VB Script and Python
?  Exposure to source control systems and bug tracking systems
?  Knowledge of non Windows operating systems
?  Commercial experience of software implementations in accountancy and related areas.
?  Good time management & ability to work/complete to schedule
?  Organized, thorough and meticulous
?  Able to work effectively in a team environment
?  Self-motivated to achieve set targets ?  Demonstrate a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
?  Good multi-tasking skills
?  Adaptable to changing technologies and testing environments
?  Demonstrate a pro-active and innovative approach to finding solutions and completing tasks

Position 2:

Senior Quality Assurance – Software Testing Specialist
Location:  Shanghai, China

Functional Duties:
To develop, manage and execute test automation strategy, test plans and test cases.
To work closely with U.S. office, China office and international customers, regularly communicating in English online.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology or related major.
About two to five years of professional experience in IT field.
Good command of English, both oral and written: CET4 at a minimum.
Strong hands-on experience in B/S Testing.
Good understanding of software lifecycle.
Experience with Testing, proven ability to Test Plan or Test Case independently.
Experience with Test Automation or Performance Testing.
Familiarity with QA processes.
Familiarity with databases.
Familiarity with OS, Linux (for Java platform).
Strong sense of professional responsibility, flexibility under work pressure and desire to contribute meaningfully to the development of a growing company.

Desired Qualifications:
Experience in telecommunications industry.
