A) Overall control to probers as individual equipments owner.  
A) Fast response for probers’ fault
A) Continuously improvement to OEE
B) Preparation for PM document, service report.
B) Sourcing new equipment and spare parts to production
  
  
2) testing process  management
A) Overall control to processes as individual process owner.  
A) Continuous improvement to process capacity.
A) Develop new process introduction to production
B) Preparation for process document, validation report
  
3) production testing management
A) Collect and analyze production testing data and feedback
A) Perform fast response to arisen problem  
B) Perform effective communication and cooperation with  suppliers, PM, Sales, Sourcing, Production, R&D and quality

Professional Competences
?    Familiar with low level current measurement
?    Practice and experience in Foundry, Wafer manufacturing
