安装winrunner的奇怪问题

我在安装winrunner7.6重启机后提示
demo license installation error
failed to install temporary license(error code 11)
you need to install a parmanent license in order to use winrunner
请问一下出现这个如何解决

然后我试着运行了一下
提示如下
license error:
the demo license has expired.
you must install a valid license adn then restart winrunner.
for more details,please refer to the winrunner installation guide.

click install license to install a license now.
click cancel to abort
click help for additional information ,and answers to common license code questions

但是我又试着点了install license按钮
先后输入
FF2VLB3CX43FE7GRYIB3W96MVFUFK7UX5IM6DTS2WL4YR8JS4N27M6DWEM9
SYFVDM44F9WA76YE4N67L4MHSBUIEAR6IYUZNGA9O6I736DBJPIZCVOCPOUIPACDY22
但是next按钮还是灰色的，请问这是怎么回事，怎么处理

你一定删除得不干净!你把注册表里面的两个地方删除了吗?

是的，我以前装过7.0的，删注册表是不把只要包含winrunner的都要删吗？

我刚才全删了，还是不行呀，怎么办呀？

我的以前没有装过呀，怎么也会出现上面的问题？
装WR7.6是不是有安装顺序呀，那几个.exe文件。setup.exe
autorun.exe   update.exe
还有我的怎么没有看到    运行安装目录下WinRunner/arch/子目录下面的inst_key.exe程序！这是哪个程序。是不是我下载的WR7.6不完全。请指教

那是安装lecense的程序

如果没有发现inst_key.exe程序的话，WR的第一次安装就没有装对。得重新装

1）During install use this as serial:“0123-4567890124”
2) Reboot(must do that)
3) Run inst_key.exe(\WinRunner\arch) and enter serial as maintenance “#”and for license code
   “ FF2VLB3CX43FE7GRYIB3W96MVFUFK7UX5IM6DTS2WL4YR8JS4N27M6DWEM9

   click next and done
4) Next rerun exe and enter same serial and 2nd license below
