职位一、Senior QA
Responsibilities:
1、Candidate will contribute and lead specialized development projects for internal use within the team.
2、Design, implement, and execute test plan against the core components of big data cloud processing framework, i.e. Hadoop
3、Review & propose product design from customer point of view. Be an advocate for the customers.
4、Find, RCA and follow through product defects with PM and Development in timely manner.

Requirements:
1、MS/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience with at least 3 years of software programming and/or automated testing experience
2、Solid experience in Java
3、Experience with scripting languages such as - Python, Perl, Shell scripting required
4、Experience with REST or other web APIs such as SOAP/WSDL required
5、Experience in designing object oriented systems
6、3+ years software industry experience
7、Accurate task estimates and execution
8、Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
9、Excellent communication skills essential
10、Fluent oral and written English communication

职位二、Principle QA Engineers
Responsibilities：
1、Defines, develops and implements quality assurance practices and procedures, test plans and other QA assessments.
2、Defines scope and objectives of all levels of QA testing.
3、Participate in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, load and system testing. Analyze test run results and report bugs
4、Actively participating in the software verification planning and test case design
5、Develops automated testing systems using commercial tools, scripts and data set. Writes and maintains test automation.
6、Works directly with appropriate developers to understand project concept, objectives and approach of software development projects.
7、Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts
8、Assures the appropriate level of quality by the resolution of important defects by working with developers to ensure the software development process has an appropriate level of testing.
9、Able to work independently.

Skills and Experience:
1、7+ years as a QA professional in testing and automation development
2、Ability to translate software system architectures into an integrated approach to software test including integration / functional / system test / performance / load / stress / scalability / etc.
3、Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
4、Work well with peers, project personnel and stakeholders within and outside the organization
5、Willingness to take challenge and learn new technologies continuously
6、Experience of customer interaction would be a plus
7、Solid verbal and written English communication skills
8、Experience as developer/programmer in a software engineering environment. Experience with QA automation tools, scripting languages(shell/python/Perl), and programming languages (c/c++) is desirable
9、Experience in Linux/Unix administration, knowledge about TET, file system, storage, web services, Ruby, indexing, MS Windows file system, security or Linux kernel is desirable
