The following is the JD:

Next Digital Shanghai Co. Ltd. is part of the Next Digital Group Australia Pty. Ltd., one of Australia's largest digital agencies. Our core business is in the development of class leading web applications, online campaigns, e-commerce websites and interactive multimedia applications. We have a fully established organisation in Shanghai with over 40 Full-Time staff in all disciplines.

Currently we are looking to establish a strong test team in addition to our existing test team here in Shanghai. The Test Team would be responsible for conducting Black-Box testing using various tools and documents such as Test Cases, Use Cases, Scenario Testing etc. All testing is conducted manually with great attention to detail as our applications are extremely diverse and consists of various functionalities independent to each client.

Qualifications and experience:
- At least 1 years solid working experience (not part time / not internship) in a global web application -development company or software development company
- Degree in computer applications and/or related fields
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong investigation and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent English comprehension, reading and speaking ability
- Comprehensive knowledge of test execution process including:
    ? Specification review
    ? Developing a test case based on specifications
    ? Testing using manual
    ? Bug reporting using team-based applications such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Mantis etc.
    ? Review and recommend system modifications where applicable
- Ability to drive quality through communication and detailed follow up processes
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and be flexible
- Strong teamwork spirit, positive work attitude and high sense of responsibility


Skills and Capabilities:
- Knowledge of Cross-Browser issues and how to test (must)
- Knowledge of W3C standards (bonus)
- Ability to work to tight deadlines by tight time management and reporting
- Deployment knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint
- Database deployment and maintenance skills an advantage (bonus)
