LTE SW Testing
Position Description:
Ability to understand large real-time systems, architecture and
software functions are good characters.
Requirements:
M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication
Engineering or equivalent is a demand. Knowledge of embedded software
testing is an advantage.
Experience related to embedded operating systems and real-time
software development with C/C++ is an advantage.
Knowledge of mobile networks, especially knowledge of user plane or
configuration of network etc parameters is an advantage.
Knowledge of measuring devices is an advantage. Good motivation for
testing in target environment.

一共6个HC ，基本要求：LTE Testin 有过BTS（基站）的测试经历。具备下列之一皆可：
1.有BTS的软件升级，基本测试经验即可。
2.具有无线通信背景，偏向于网管(BTS O&M = operation &
maintenance)、协议方面的测试（最好是LTE背景，当然Wimax/WCDMA/TDSCDMA也可以），有如下之一即可：

  1)具有Linux or Unix操作系统的相关经验，对IP网络基本知识和理解。

  2)具有无线通信背景，如果是Wimax or LTE更好，测试或者外场经验比较丰富的。

  3)具有通信相关测试经验，网管测试经验，最好有过写测试脚本经验的更好。

LTE TDD SW
Responsibilities:
Analysis system level requirements for the radio access technology LTE
TDD, especially L2/MAC layer.
The key responsibilities are:
- Analysis of standardization documents and reports
- Requirement analysis and functional specification in L2/MAC layer.
- Design and Implementation of LTE TDD Features in L2/MAC layer.
- System component test or Module test of LTE TDD Features in L2/MAC layer.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in mobile network product system
engineering, development, system test or network engineering
- Good knowledge within mobile network technologies, radio system
architecture and functions
- In-depth knowledge and experience of L1/PHY and L2/MAC in one of the
radio access technologies GSM, WCDMA, WiMAX or LTE
- Excellent Programming Skills in C/C++
- Knowledge of the radio interface of LTE FDD/TDD is desired
- Knowledge of the OFDM/MIMO is desired
- Master or Bachelor in telecommunication, computer science or equivalent.

具备较强的LTE/WCDMA背景或熟悉3GPP 协议皆可。
