使用LoadRunner时，添加需要监视的服务器地址后，lr提示连接不上

有哪位大虾帮帮我啊：
我在使用LR进行web性能测试的时候，选中Windows Resourse,然后右键“Add Messuerment”，完了“OK”.但是运行一会儿后，LR的RUN视图中提示1个error，详细消息是“
Monitor name :Windows Resources. Cannot connect to machine testsvr.
Reason: 拒绝访问

Hints:
Check that your login user name appears as administrator on this machine.
Check that you have entered the correct machine name.
Check that the machine exists and that it is online (use the ping utility for this operation).
Delete the machine and add it again (entry point: CFactory::Initialize).        [MsgId: MMSG-47299]”
我很郁闷啊，我也仔细看了每条提示，也没有什么问题啊。第一条“Check that your login user name appears as administrator on this machine.”是什么意思啊，login user name是谁的login user name啊？

LR提示信息表示你的登录用户名必须是具有管理员权限,这样才能监控Windows资源!

这里的登陆用户名是指服务器的操作系统用户名吗？我这个用户名应该在哪里定义，又在哪里填写呢？

这里所指的用户名是指你需要监控服务器的用户,而且这个用户名必须具有管理员权限.
"我的电脑"右击 -> 管理, 把你的登录用户名加入到administrators中
