Testing Team Leader and/or Team Leader/Project Manager
Levels of Contact：(Type/with whom & frequency)
Testing Team Leader and Project Manager (Daily)
Team (Daily)
Responsibility：
      Help testers and trainee testers brush up testing and IT skills
      Create testing report and conduct statistics
      Assist project managers in testing-related work
      Provide troubleshooting support
      Create and review test cases based on requirement specifications to ensure the testing coverage
      Create and review test plans to define testing strategy, approach and schedule
      Provide tutor and technical support for junior testers and developers
      Develop automation scripts
Requirements:
      University degree
      Three-year college graduate or BSC in technical subject
      Financial/accounting qualification
      3+ years overall QA Test experience
      Experienced in creating test cases and executing test cases
      Experienced in supporting developers and junior testers
      Experienced in automation testing & tools
      Experienced in environmental testing
      Proficient with MS SQL Server and Oracle
      Programming experience is a plus, such as .Net and Java
      Good English
      Good problem solving abilities to assist with problem diagnosis
      Focused with skills for attention to detail, very methodical, thorough, organized and a finisher
