我投了好多份简历了，现在都没有打电话让我去面试，好奇怪啊！
除了51job,中华英才网，还有哪些网站上还在招人的？？？？？？？

在google上搜索一下  招聘  ，会看到很多招聘的网站。
投了很多简历没有回复，是不是简历写的有问题啊，建议你让版主帮你看看你的简历

很正常的事，
因为很多公司再网上的招聘信息只不过把它作为广告而已
没有打算真用它招人
要投就投上海的吧
那里的还有点真实性

如果你有足够的经验的话,看看上是上外语的问题,如果都没有问题,可能就是薪水了.一些公司要求很高,薪水确不高.一般福利也是跟不上的.所以没有通知你,也是一件好事.与其遇到通知你去面试,一切都OK了,就开始和你坎价的公司，还不如节省时间，不要去面试的好．

你不要盲目的在人才网上投简历啊，先看看各公司的情况，看准了哪一家公司觉得挺适合你的，想去一试的，你再把简历投到该公司的电子邮箱里面 去，或者安上面的地址寄过去，有电话的打个电话问清楚更好了啦。

Responsibility:

SQA engineer will participate in software engineering projects, perform SQA activities;

participate in software design reviews, testing, configuration control, problem reporting

and resolution; monitor, evaluate and report defects of the software product, work closely

with developer and project manger, ensure the high quality of the software products.

SQA engineer will be responsible for software test plan, test case development and test

automation. And SQA engineer is expected to develop necessary tools, techniques, and

methodologies to improve test efficiency, improve automated test level.

SQA engineer should keep management aware of the quality status of software development

projects during the design, development and deployment phases.


Qualifications:

Familiar with Linux or Windows operation system environment
2-3 years Software development or testing experience
Very good programming skills of java or script language such as Shell, Perl or Python
Familiar with software test automation strategy, automation test tool and test harness such

as TET, Junit or Httpunit.
Bachelor degree in computer science or a related engineering degree
Ability to work independently
Self-motivation
Good judgment and objectivity in approaching problems
Good communication skills in Mandarin and English
Good inter-personal skills
