Senior Test Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Analyze product/project requirements
- Analyze product/project technical design
- Implement QA test cases
- Setup necessary QA infrastructure
- Log and communicate product/project defects
- Report quality status of assigned product/project
- Handle customer cases escalated by support
- Other ad hoc quality work
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in software QA with focus on testing web applications/system bases components.
- Proficient test planning and test case writing and designing.
- Work experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Prior experience of Micro Focus SilkTest, SilkCentral, SOAPUI, JIRA, etc.
- Strong knowledge of internet and web technologies, familiar with HTTP protocol, HTML DOM, CSS, XML, Web Services, etc. Programming skills using ASP, JavaScript and Flash/Flex are highly desired.
- Experience in performance testing and data analysis is big plus..
- Strong understanding of all aspects of the QA role, and all of application testing.
- Good spoken English is desired.
- A team player with excellent communication skills and flexible to work with counterparts in the US and other countries.
- MUST be a self motivated, energetic individual who takes pride and ownership in their work.
- Ability to adjust and excel in a fast-paced collaborative environment and meet aggressive deadlines
- Bachelor or higher degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience.
Customer Technical Support Analyst
Primary Roles/Responsibilities:
Managing Gomez scripts, tests, and results including monitoring and maintaining the quality and accuracy of transaction scripts for customers.
Troubleshooting test scripts and investigating the root cause of any issues.
Perform comparison of test results, network analysis, etc, and chart results using tools as a means to identify root cause
Apply knowledge of Gomez products to facilitate resolution of issues
Manage customer expectations with regard to their resolution timeframe and status
Take ownership and accountability for the case resolution process
Provide attention to cases according to Service Level Agreements
Follow the established customer support processes precisely and be able to provide constructive feedback
Escalate issues to Tier 3 (QA, Engineering, and other groups) according to the established standard operating procedures
Act as a technical liaison with the Quality Assurance and Development teams to evaluate and report bugs.
Write, edit and maintain knowledgebase entries
Inform Team Leads and Management of potential escalations and assist when they occur, by gathering call status, participating in conference calls with Sales, Product Management and Development and following up with the customer until a resolution has been reached
Participate in phone coverage and Enterprise QQ rotation as business dictates
Perform additional duties as requested by Team Leads or Management
Desired Skills/Competencies:
An ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
(1) 2+ years of experience in a technical support environment
(2) Excellent spoken and written English is a must. Excellent communication skills are required.
(3) Good understanding of Internet and web applications and architecture; Strong knowledge of HTTP, DNS, XML, SQL, Windows, Unix/Linux, etc.
(4) Proven programming experience with the following:
SQL Server 2000 T-SQL scripts
Java, JavaScript, JSP, ASP, or ASP.Net
PERL or PHP scripts
Visual Studio .Net 2003
(4) Ability to work independently and in flexible hours, including in weekends.
(5) Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

Senior C++ Developer
Job Description:

Senior Java Software Engineer
- Work with architecture developer to develop high quality back-end system
- Provide API or web service interface for UI layer
- Integrate the computing service from multi cloud computing service vendors.
- 3+ years of Java experience developing multi-threaded networking applications
- Strong knowledge of internet and web technologies, such as HTTP, SSL, Web Services, JavaScript, XML, and SQL, etc
- Have a strong knowledge of OOP, familiar with common design patterns
- Have good knowledge of key technologies used in B/S framework
- Have excellent English communication skills, esp. reading & writing
- Work efficiently and effectively within a team, but also can work and solve problem independently

Senior UED
Responsibilities:
Leads the design effort in one or more design disciplines for a design project.
Participates in design strategy sessions to generate ideas for solutions that meet user needs and goals.
Leads design reviews.
Works with product managers, developers and designers to define UI design requirements.
Produces design concept documents and detailed wireframes to describe navigation schema, user tasks, and area flows for new product features or enhancements.
Applies existing design patterns and visual specifications to new and existing products.
Contributes to design patterns library.
Maintains product design documentation.
May design new visual language systems.
May participate in user research studies.
Assists with design QA.
Qualifications:
Possesses time management, written and verbal communication skills
Works within priorities established by manager
Strong knowledge of basic visual design principles
Strong color, typography, and layout design skills
Understanding of user-centered design principles
College-level experience or education in user experience design, interaction design, graphic design, information architecture, human factors, or a related field
3-5 years experience in user interface design for web-based software or technical web sites
Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat
