SDET Lead on System Center.

• 3-5 years’ work experience as Software Design Engineer/Software Design Engineer in Test/Software Quality Assurance/System Engineer
• Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft testing methodologies, technologies and tools.
• Strong test automation design and development skills using C#, vbscript
• Hand-on experience in test plan design, test case implementation, scheduling, test execution and triaging
• Experience in guiding team in diagnosing, analyzing and troubleshooting testing failures
• Able to communicate with project stake holders
• Hands-On experience with test automation tools/Frameworks – WTT, MCF, MITA/MAUI.
• Experience with Microsoft System Center products (SCCM, SCOM, SCSM, SCVMM)
• Experience in Microsoft development Toolkit (MDT) is a plus
• Ability to learn new information & technologies quickly and a great problem solver.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Previous Microsoft experience as FTE/CSG/Vendor is a plus, but not required
The Lead position can travel to US for working at Microsoft(Redmond) about 3-6 months.

SDET2
Minimum qualifications include:
• Passion for customers/software quality/new technology;
• 2+ years object oriented develop experience (maybe good C# skill is ok.)
• 1+ years testing experience and test tool development (maybe good testing sense is ok.)
• Fluency in C# coding
• Ability to design test cases according Specs;
• Ability to learn new technology in a short time
Self-motivated;
• Ability to find out innovative way to write automation to verify features.
• Good written English communication skills;
vAbility to work both independently and within a team environment.
The following qualifications are a plus:
Prior Loc Testing experience
Good understanding of .NET framework,
Good understanding of SQL Server,

SDET1(onsite Microsoft)
Minimum qualifications include:
• Passion for customers/software quality/new technology;
• 1+ years object oriented develop experience (maybe good C# skill is ok.)
• 0.5+ years testing experience and test tool development (maybe good testing sense is ok.)
• Fluency in C# coding
• Ability to design test cases according Specs;
• Ability to learn new technology in a short time
Self-motivated;
• Ability to find out innovative way to write automation to verify features.
• Good written English communication skills;
vAbility to work both independently and within a team environment.
