职位二 Testing Manager/Leader/SSE
Job description
1.Frequency English for communicating with global team
2.Above 3 year J2EE application testing experiences
3. More than 7 years IT experiences with 4 years testing execution planing or management
4. Good command of testing methodology and familiar with testing tool, automation test, performance test, load/stress test, winrunner, loadrunner, QTP, rational etc.
5. Proficiency in Linux/Solaris operating system
6. DB2, DW, MF capabality plus
7. Good communication skill, client orientation
8. No matter in long term travel
Location base: Dalian/Shenzhen/Wuhan/Shanghai/Chengdu

Required
•        Bachelor's Degree
•        At least 2 years experience in Testing Planing
•        At least 5 years experience in Testing
•        English: Fluent
Preferred
•        At least 3 years experience in Testing Planing

Test case design and requirement analysis -Input into Test planning documentation -Execution of Test cases -Need to understand Rational Functional Tester (RFT) -Required to develop the scripts in RFT -Strong communications skills - Plus very good working attitude"
