一、IT Support职位描述：
A IT who knows L2SW setting/PC setting/Network setting/telephone setting/with network Windows OS knowledge and has some Japanese base or good English skill

二、Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Professional (Japanese)
Job description• Conduct SQA related process compliance review and support to delivery projects.
• Provide hands-on support on project process tailoring and project planning /tracking activities for focused projects.
• Consult delivery project team for quantitative project management, measurement collection & analysis, proactive risk management and root cause analysis  
• Participate in continuous process improvement through quantitative measurement collection & analysis, root cause analysis and OFI handling. Required Bachelor's Degree English: Fluent

Additional information • At least 5 years application Development or maintenance experiences.
  At least 2 years direct project management experiences Or 2 years direct SQA or PPQA experiences
• Familiar with CMM/CMMI complied delivery process.  
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Skillful in both verbal and written English.
• PMP certification is advantage.
• 6Sigma/ITSM/PCMM/ISO27001 experience is advantage.
• Japanese skill level 3 or above is advantage.
• Experienced in software delivery process improvement, a SEPG experience is advantage.
• Six sigma certification is advantage.

三、BA position,  The level is flexible from SSE to AM.
Required Skills:·          Strong written and spoken English language skills
·          Strong communication, organizational, prioritization and leadership skills
·          Detailed orientated with strong analytical aptitude
·          Experience in writing functional and user specifications
·          Experience with formal development methodologies including Agile
·          Experience with various business analysis elicitation/analysis techniques
·          Able to translate between top level system requirements, sub-system requirements and test protocols
·          Must be able to lead group discussions and be comfortable eliciting requirements from geographically dispersed stakeholders
·          Scope projects, prioritize deliverables, recommend alternative solutions and project strategies
·          Work with internal resources including systems, user interface, application development and testing to define and coordinate system enhancements

·          Effective oral and written communication in English and in the native language (E1)
·          Co-sourcing, multi-site development experience
Preferred Skills:·          Experience with Accurev, Product Line Engineering
·          Experience with asset management and pdm software
·          SCRUM master experience

Job Requirements
Position:  Senior/Intermediate Level Software Engineer for Systems Test Team
Education
•        BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electronic Engineering
English Language Proficiency
•        Good verbal and written communication skills
•        4-Expert or 5-Fluent
Testing Skills•        Clear understanding of testing methodologies such as Black Box Testing, White Box Testing
•        Ability to perform requirements analysis
•        Ability to write test protocols based on requirements
•        Ability to write manual and automated test code in an Object-Oriented language (Python, C++, Java)
Development Skills
•        Ability to write code, unit tests, integration tests in an Object-Oriented language in an IDE (WinIDE, Eclipse, Visual Studio)
•        Ability to execute and debug code
•        Good understanding of database concepts; working knowledge of SQL
Work Experience
•        BS + 7 yrs of relevant software development experience
or MS + 5 yrs of relevant software development experience
•        Experience with change management and issue tracking tools such as JIRA, AccurRev, PVCS VM, Rational ClearCase, Rational ClearQuest
•        Experience with Oracle, SQL Server or DB2
•        Experience with Unix or Linux OS

Job Description:
•        Take an area defined in the Test Strategy and write test protocols that cover requirements
•        Write automated/semi-automated test scripts from a protocol, which is a detailed design description of the test
•        Execute and debug test scripts
•        Capture and analyze test logs
•        Identify defects, document analysis and test results in defect tracking systems
•        Work with cross-functional teams to analyze, triage and resolve system issues
