Hardware Manager  (2)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Responsible for electronic design of NPI and VCP
•        Performs architecture research, system analysis (include product cost structure analysis, technology analysis), design, fabrication and testing
•        Provide technical support to the product transfer and localization
•        Recognize opportunities and implement programs to provide creative alternatives to existing products and components that will improve function and quality.
•        Work with sourcing team to setup supplier base for the electronic parts of engineering prototype and mass production (such as printed wiring assemblies PWA, power supplier, LCD, etc..)

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
•        3+ years hardware design experience
•        Familiar with CPLD/FPGA/MPU application
•        Familiar with techniques and design flow used in eCAD printed circuit design
•        Skilled in the use of laboratory test equipment
•        Knowledge used in design for EMC compliance is preferred
•        Excellent language skill on English reading, speaking and writing.
•        Project management experience is plus


Senior Mechanical Engineer (8)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Responsible for mechanical design of NPI and VCP, and provide technical support to the product transfer and localization.
•        Provide support and direction in the design and analysis, emphasizing analysis optimizing manufacturability, reliability, maintainability, functionality and cost.
•        Provide creative solutions to unstructured product and system design problems.
•        Develop product and component test and material specifications.
•        Coordinate cross-functional design, analysis, and testing.
•        Recognize opportunities and implement programs to provide creative alternatives to existing products and components that will improve function and quality.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
•        3+ years mechanical design experience in injection molded plastic and sheet metal part design
•        Experience with Pro/Engineer 2001 or later.
•        Experience in part structural analysis and troubleshooting.  
•        Familiar with mechanical tests for structural integrity (vibration, impact, fatigue, etc).
•        Working in a team environment
•        Excellent language skill on English reading, speaking and writing.

Senior Software Engineer (2)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Setup software design environment following global standard and local needs
•        Responsible for the design and implementation of embedded systems following software development control process
•        Communicate with regional marketing team and global R&D team to understand local customer needs and create solution linked to global platform
•        Performs architecture research, sub-system analysis, programming, and unit testing.
•        Responsible for related document and specification

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
•        3+ years working experiences on embedded software design with MCU
•        Strong software skills - C, C++, and Assembly expertise
•        Good understanding and experiences with software development process are required.
•        Demonstrated leadership and problem solving skills.
•        Excellent language skill on English reading, speaking and writing.
•        Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in global teams are essential.
•        Experiences with image processing and video compression will be plus.
•        Experience with real-time control system, embedded system hardware design will be a plus





硬件经理 (1)
职责:
•        负责硬件团队的管理
•        完成产品的系统分析(含产品价格, 技术), 硬件架构设计, 并指导硬件设计工作
•        根据现实资源合理安排产品设计, 技术支持等

要求:
•        5年硬件设计经验
•        具有丰富的模拟和数字电路设计经验
•        熟悉PCB设计流程, 熟练使用PCB设计软件
•        具有EMC/UL相关知识, 并熟悉各种解决方案
•        具有项目管理经验
•        良好的英语表达能力和沟通能力
•        大学本科或以上学历

硬件工程师 (10)
职责:
•        负责安防产品的硬件电路设计及设计更改, 完成产品的硬件设计及样机制造和测试
•        为产品的转移和本地化提供技术支持, 配合采购部门完成供应商的技术评估

要求:
•        3年硬件设计经验
•        能熟练应用MPU/CPLD/FPGA进行产品设计, 具模拟电路设计经验
•        熟练使用PCB设计软件(如: p-CAD, Mentor Graphics等), 熟悉PCB设计流程
•        具有EMC相关知识
•        良好的英语表达能力
•        大学本科或以上学历


软件工程师 (2)
职责:
•        能善用公司全球的现存研发资源和产品设计为本地的产品需求服务
•        完成安防产品的嵌入式软件的系统分析, 实现和测试
•        根据公司QS及软件设计规范起草相关产品设计规格书及测试文档

要求:
•        3年嵌入式软件设计经验
•        具有较丰富的8051汇编及C, C++的经验
•        掌握软件的设计流程及软件控制的相关知识
•        良好的沟通能力和团队精神
•        良好的英语表达能力
•        大学本科或以上学历




Job duties:
1. To conduct supplier audits to understand capability, capacity, and quality systems to ensure conformance with Honeywell standards
2.To assist in developing sourcing strategies for products that include supplier selection
3. To drive problem-solving efforts and root cause analysis for issues related to supplier product to assure Honeywell Security and customers that corrective actions are in place
4. Accountable for tracking and follow through of corrective actions
5. To actively lead the technical aspects of continuous improvement projects with critical customers and suppliers
6.Prepare reports for customers, including statistical analysis as needed
7.Partners with Quality team and other functional organizations in support of the site’s quality strategies.



Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree holder, majored in electrical engineering or engineering-related discipline. Master degree preferred
2. About 3~5 years experience in Quality Assurance field. Experience in supplier quality engineering, quality engineering, and/or manufacturing environment is preferred
3.Ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels across the organization, both with internal and external customers
4. Strong oral and written English capability
