• Position Qualifications:
1.        Bachelor’s degree, major in Computer Science or related fields;
2.        At least 1 years working experience in software development;
3.        Fundamental IT knowledge, especially in Microsoft platform and technology
4.        Hands-on experience in developing web-based applications, using ASP.NET, JavaScript, and HTML
5.        Familiar with SQL Server
6.        Experience with Ajax programming
7.        Acceptable at reading and written English
8.        Self-motivated, team player, and strong problem solving &analytical skills

9.        Experience with COM+/MSMQ is preferred
10.        Fluent oral English is a plus
11.        Project experience with HR software, eHR or ERP(HR Module) is a plus
12.        Working experience with B/S architecture is a plus

• Job Description:
1.        Deliver software or modules according to the project schedules
2.        Support handling version control and bug tracking tools, as well as effectively managing parallel development and different versions of the product
