主要职位有：
对手机预装游戏或应用进行功能、性能测试，找出bug，并描述bug，跟踪bug的修改情况。（第三方软件或应用程序的测试）--IA Tester
有2年以上的手机测试经验，熟悉手机测试的流程----OSE Tester

IA tester

职位描述：
职责：
1、根据公司的要求，对手机预装游戏或应用进行功能和性能测试
2、在测试过程中，迅速、准确、全面的找出游戏或应用中的问题，并对各种问题产生原因做出基本判断；
3、准确、详实的描述bug产生的过程、bug的现象，并对bug的严重程度做基本判别；
4、跟踪bug的修改情况
5、对所评测游戏或应用，有自己的看法。
要求
1、有实际的手机测试经验；
2、了解掌握各种手机平台的性能特点；
3、能够很快的接受新的技术和测试技巧；
4、强烈的责任心；
5、有良好英语读写能力
6、有良好的团队精神、敬业精神和沟通协调能力，能主动学习钻研与工作相关的知识和技术
Responsibility:
1. According to the need of the company, conduct function and performance tests of pre-loaded games and/or applications on mobile phone.
2. Rapid, accurate, and comprehensive detection of bugs during the test, and conduct basic root cause analysis for the encountered problems/defects
3. Accurate and detailed description of how the bug is generated and the severity of the defect.
4. Track bugs for revision
5. Provide summary opinion of the tested game and/or applications

Requirements
1. Hands-on mobile testing experience
2. Understanding of performance parameters for various mobile phones
3. Quick learner on new technology and testing skills
4. A strong sense of responsibility
5. Good English reading and writing skills
6. Good sense of teamwork and professionalism, strong communication and teamwork skills, and able to take initiative and independently pickup work-related information and skills

OSE Tester

Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities
Able to design and implement test cases based on UI spec. and requirements
Able to execute test cases following  test plan, and report/rank defects
Able to setup test environments according to the needs of test
Able to support trouble shooting with specific designed test methods
Able to create accurate test report

Qualification
Bachelor or above in Computer Science or Telecommunications, etc.
Fresh, energetic and passionate with mobile SW test
Able to cooperate and work with others
Able to read, write and speak English
Familiar with mobile SW test (1 year or above working experience)
Familiar with ClearQuest and QC
Familiar with J2ME/TCK (nice to have. It would be perfect if we could have this)
Familiar with Java/C/TCL scripting (nice to have)
Familiar with SEMC how we work (nice to have)
