海辉软件招聘测试主管(不要求测试能力很强,但要能开发测试工具)等职位。
工作地点:无锡
薪资待遇:10K以上(公司提供宿舍)
入职时间:可以年后入职。

具体要求:
Title:Software Design Engineer in Testing lead
Location : Wuxi
Responsibility
  Project leadership including: test planning, scheduling, resourcing, and prioritization.
  Testing oversight: reviewing test plans, test cases, bugs to ensure high-level of quality and own test coverage.
  Communication: status reporting, issue escalation, team representative in project meetings.
        Requirement
  Automation
1.      Automate test cases using UI automation tools in C#
2.      Experience in automating Web UI, API and Web Services testing
3.      Understand AJAX calls and handle them in the automation.
4.      Create common modules and code for automation framework
5.      Debug failed automations
6.      Follow coding standards, peer review process, proper commenting in the code.
  Debugging.
  Use Visual Studio to debug automation code, web service and application code
  Know how to use break points and debugging tools
  Able to use the event viewer
  isolate errors to specific area of the code
  Create Test stubs and Test tools
  Create Test Stubs for functional testing
  create Console, Form, Web based applications using C#
  Create Test Tools
  Read technical developer documentation with a high level of comprehension
  Good oral and writing English.

        Plus:
Microsoft’s SDET lead experience

看看,看看。工资高的全是去开发测试工具的,那不就是开发了么
