Job Title: Engineering Manager
Location: Beijing
Position Type: Full Time

Role and Responsibility:

You will be an Engineering Manager of new setup team within the Creative Suite Business Unit. This is a new team to be established in China. In-depth knowledge and experience of C++ development on Windows or Mac OS, especially experience in video recording and editing application development, are crucial to the success of this team. You will be responsible for establishing and leading the team to accomplish design, developing, testing and maintenance of one of DMO products following software development process with high standard of quality. Detailed responsibility includes:

        Establishing a new team with talented developers and quality engineering.
        Complete the transition of the product from NA team to China within 3 months.
        A full ownership of the product’s development and maintenance after transition.
        Define the team’s long term goal and strategic roadmap.
        Ensure the high quality of team’s delivery in each release.
        Be responsible for all aspects of people management of the team.
        Coach and mentor team members.
        Continuous improve the software development process.
        Regular status updating and reporting to upper level of management.
        Cross team communication. Being as contact person with external teams.
        Contribute to China R&D’s process improvement and site buildup.


Skill-set Requirement:

        BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent.
        3+ years of software design management and people management experiences.
        Passion for creating world class video production application.
        Knowledge and experience in software development process.
        Logic thinking and structured approach during problem solving.
        Creative thinking and Innovation.
        Excellent English reading and writing skills. Fluent oral English.
        Be highly responsible, proactive, adaptable and good team player.
        Self motivator and fast learner.
        Knowledge in Agile development process is a plus.
        Cross sites collaboration experience in multinational companies is a plus.
        Knowledge and experience in video application development is highly desired.

Job Title: (Sr.) Quality Engineering Developer
Location: Beijing
Position Type: Full Time

        Test execution and automation of the DMO product.
        Ensure end-to-end high quality delivery of the product.
        Develop and continuously improve the testing framework of the DMO product.
        Test tool development.
        Clear understanding of the new feature requirement and derive test plan and test case design.
        Identify and drive for resolution of software deficiencies.
        Ensure all the test cases are recorded in repository.
        Achieve high standard of testing coverage and practice “find bugs earlier” principle.
        Continuously improve the productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of the DMO product’s testing process.
        Execute the regression testing of the DMO product conducted in each release.

Skill-set Requirement:

        BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent.
        3+ years testing experiences (C++ application) on Windows or Mac OS platform.
        (Sr. Software Developer: 6+ years C/C++ testing experiences.)
        Passion for creating world class video production application.
        In-depth knowledge in software testing principle and theory.
        Knowledge and experience in software development process.
        Logic thinking and structured approach during problem solving.
        Creative thinking and Innovation.
        Good English reading and writing skills. Fluent oral English.

Job Title: Project Lead, Quality Engineering
Location: Beijing
Position Type: Full Time

        Help the manager to ramp up the 4-person QE team.
        Complete the transition of QE part of this product to China team within 3 months.
        Full ownership of testing work of this DMO product after transition.
        Lead the team to accomplish test execution and automation of this DMO product.
        Ensure end-to-end high quality delivery of the product.
        Develop and continuously improve the testing framework of the DMO product.
        Test tool development.
        Clear understanding of the new feature requirement and prime the test plan and test case design.
        Identify and drive for resolution of software deficiencies.
        Team’s quality metric measurement and quality data collection.
        Ensure all the test cases are recorded in repository.
        Achieve high standard of testing coverage and practice “find bugs earlier” principle.
        Continuously improve the productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of the DMO product’s testing process.
        Execute the regression testing of the DMO product conducted in each release.
        Being as a domain expert of the product.
        Coach and mentor junior team members.
        Serve as a single point of interface to communicate with external team for the domain that you’re testing against.
