关开bugzilla上传附件大小的问题

bugzilla默认的附件大小为1M  太小了，我把配置文件params中的字段maxattachmentsize 由一M改为了20M ，但上传大文件的时候报错了。
是不是还要改mysql里的配置文件呀，但那个文件在哪呀，有高人知道吗？
