Key points:
o Over 10 years of work experience in related area
o Full picture of QA process. Design test case and drive optimization of QA process
o Good risk management skills

Software Engineer – IG（工作地点：国贸）

Skills and experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Rick experiences in J2EE web based business application testing.
Ability to design and build test cases/procedures, follow and report exactly as described in test cases/procedures.
Ability to determine sufficiency of test cases/procedures to ensure high product quality.
Excellent trouble shooting skills.
Expert understanding of scripting languages. Prior automation programming experience like Java/.Net/Perl/Shell scripts is a big plus.
Familiar with performance testing – LoadRunner, is desirable.
Experience with database testing, is able to write SQL is a big plus.
Preferred Education

Job Requirements:
At least 5 years of software development experience, with emphasis on dynamic web-based system and healthcare.
At least 3 years leadership experience in object-oriented architectural design of large scale systems, making technical decision, solution estimation.
Be familiar with popular web development frameworks such as Struts, Spring and Hibernate.
Be familiar with application development and deployment base on Camel, JBoss and Oracle.
Broad knowledge of Java EE technology such as JSP/Servlet, JTA, JMS, XML, Web Services.
