o  Experience in collaboration with remote teams

Ø    QA Architect
Key points:
o       Over 10 years of work experience in related area
o       Full picture of QA process. Design test case and drive optimization of QA process
o       Good risk management skills
o       Good knowledge of Automation, well understanding of different automation tools
o       Good communication skills both in Chinese and English

Senior Engineer, Quality Assurance
Skills and experience
1.       Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
2.       Rick experiences in J2EE web based business application testing.
3.       Ability to design and build test cases/procedures, follow and report exactly as described in test cases/procedures.
4.       Ability to determine sufficiency of test cases/procedures to ensure high product quality.
5.       Excellent trouble shooting skills.
6.       Expert understanding of scripting languages. Prior automation programming experience like Java/.Net/Perl/Shell scripts is a big plus.
7.       Familiar with performance testing – LoadRunner, is desirable.
8.       Experience with database testing, is able to write SQL is a big plus.
Preferred Education
Bachelor’s Degree or global equivalent in Computer Science or related field. Master's degree or global equivalent is a plus.
Work Experience
Typically 4 or more years of experience in a related role. Ideally the experience is across multiple products and/or computer environments.
