在控制面板中启动 flexlm liCenSe manager

启动flexlm lisence manager后，在control的TABLE页点击 START后，下面提示SERVER START FAILED如图：然后在SETUP页面输入正确的信息，在LICENSE页面点击SHOW LICENSE FILE，提示LICENSE不存在。
怎么解决这个问题呢？

1) Unpack the license.zip to c:\flexlm\
2) We need to know what your network alias is, to get this goto:
    My Network Places -> Computers Near me -> Your_Computer_Alias
    You should recognise this from when you installed networking or
    Setup Windows. This will be your SERVER name.
3) Open up License.dat, do a stringsearch for SERVER - you should see:
    SERVER YOUR_HOST ANY
    DAEMON rational "c:\flexlm\rational.exe"
    replace YOUR_HOST with your computers network alias.
    save the license.

4) Copy flexlm.cpl into c:\WINNT\System32 - when done, goto control panel
    Pres F5, and run the Flexlm applet (its black with white text).

5) Select the Setup tab, it useually is selected as default, you will need
    to provide some information:
    lmgrd.exe
    license File
    Debug log File

    Lmgrd + license file is in c:\flexlm\ where you unpacked license.zip
    too,
    Debug log is optional, but you can choose to make one in c:\flexlm\
    directory.

    Remember to select: Start server at powerup + NT-Service

6) Now that this is done, you goto Control tab of the flexlm control
    applet, and choose "Start Server" - wait a few seconds, then press
    "Status".

    You should now see: "YOUR_HOST: License Server UP (MASTER)"

7) Run the Rational License key administrator from start menu->rational
    Product, when it asks you, tell it to point to license server->single
    server

    It now asks you for which host to serve (Server name)I, and you should
    provide your SERVER alias, as we already know from point 3. Dont give
    any info for Port ID + dont click additional servers.

    Now you should see All the rational licenses served by the flexlm server
    running on your computer. You can now start your desired Rational
    Product.
这是完整过程，中间有些设置不知道你都做好了没

在点“start"之前有没有先点一下"stop"呢？造成楼主的原因可能比较多，在安装的过程是不是哪里出错了或者是有的地方设置不对

谢谢大家！我的问题是1.文件定位不对，在启动fexlm lisence manager 时，     在    Setup标签中的文件定位不对。
2.还有就是我在 start 之前没有 stop
3.我的电脑中就没有 lisence.dat  这个文件．我只是在网上搜索了一个有关的文档就按他说的来进行了．呵呵，有点死搬硬套的感觉，我认识到这些，还在进行中．
没有lisence.dat 文件应该把写在此文件中的信息，写到**文件中去．看这种想法对不对，解决后再来说给大家

在setup标签中的文件定位当然要正确了，
在 start 之前必须 stop，因为这样才能停掉相应的许可服务
连lisence.dat 这个文件都没有你怎么可能破 解成功呢？
