SQA Director
Responsibility:
1. Responsible for SQA and measurement team’s management and high quality QA recruitment;
2. Lead and implement the strategic plan of SQA team by working with divisions,
3. Institute the improvement goal and evaluation criteria for quality assurance of the company;
4. Optimize and help on the progress of company process improvement;
5. Develop the SQA capability.
6. Review the work plan and quality of SQA and measurement team;
7. Evaluate the performance of directly subordinate.
Qualification
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science or related major;
2. Good at writing and speaking English, strong communication skills in English, able to compile the process specification in English;
3. Above 3 years’ management experience of SQA team in world leading software company; with at least 5 members;
4. At least 2 years’ software project management experience, familiar with the process from contract negotiation to system delivery;
5. Good communication skills, including client-face communication and cross-department communication;
6. Experience of design and implement software project quantization management;
7. Able to analyze and forecast the risk in project and provide solutions.
