Job Type: Permanent

Requirements

Candidatesmust have:

3-5 years testing working experience
Fluent English communication skill
Bachelor degree
Intermediate Testing Concepts (SDLC, STLC, Testing Techniques,Types and Levels of Testing, Defect Lifecycle, Traceability Matrix)
Basic Knowledge on Platforms like Windows / Unix / Mainframes /Midrange/Web based applications
Knowledge of any Test Execution Tool
for Automation
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in creating test ware (e.g. Test Scenarios, Test Cases,Test Data)
Experience in executing test cases
Experience in test reporting and defect reporting
Experience in Test Management tool (e.g. Test Director/Quality Center, JIRA, Rational QualityManager/Test Manager)
Experience in planning and tracking tasks and issue escalation
Knowledge of Quality processes and testing metrics
Knowledge specific to a industry domain like Banking/CapitalMarkets/Insurance
Experience in Configuration Management

2．Test Associate Consultant

Job Type: Permanent
