Job Description-ST
Responsibilities：
• 软件测试（软件系统测试，软件集成测试，软件系统性能测试）；
• 测试开发（测试平台建设，新测试技术研究）；
• 设计测试案例，准备测试数据, 相关测试执行；
• 软件缺陷追踪；
• Be responsible for the system testing, integration testing and performance testing;
• Develop the automation test framework and investigate new testing methodology and tools
• Test case design, test source data preparation test case execution
• Product defect tracking
Requirements：
• 本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业毕业；
• 英语或日语听说读写流利，CET6或日语二级及以上；
• 三年或三年以上软件测试经验；
• 至少熟悉一种自动化测试工具和脚本语言；
• 具有良好的沟通能力、学习能力、团队协作精神。
• 具有B/S性能测试经验者从优
• Bachelor degree or above in computer science or related major;
• Fluent in English or Japanese, CET 6 or JLPT 2 or above;
• Three years or above testing experience;
• Development experience on automation testing tool and scripts;
• Good communication skill, quick learning ability and team spirit is preferred;
• Experience on system performance testing is a plus.

Job Description
Test Leader
Responsibilities:
To make the test plan, to design the test program, and to develop the test tools
To organize the test team and arrange the daily work to the test engineers
Requirements:
4+ yrs testing experiences of the b/s system, be proficient with the test process and the standards of he test
1+ year management skill, be familiar with the test software, the developing environment and the database
1+ year Java develop experiences, be familiar with the J2EE, Struts+Spring+Hibernate, Oracle, and JavaScript (Must)
English reading and writing ability
