Job Description
1        Duty
Lead software testing team and technology in software product development business unit.  
Responsible for testing team management, testing plan, application deployment, testing project management and other software quality tasks.  
Responsible for testing team professionalism and  work quality.
Plan for testing skill, testing application and other testing resource management.  
Meet software quality objectives by leading the testing team and liaising with project team.
2        Requirements
Advanced verbal and written English skill;
5 years position experience;
Proven successful project records;
Project experience in programming: C/C++, JAVA, SQLServer, Linux，Networks，web-based Technologies，etc.  
Testing applications expertises: Winrunner，LoadRunner, Robot，Team Test，Purify  
Good team work with Can-do attitude;
Fast learner;
