以下是此次招聘的QA 的 JD:

Responsibilities
• To be responsible for carrying out regression tests.
• To develop high quality testing framework for running unit test.
• To raise and prioritize bugs and retest bug fixes.
• To guide and help software engineers to write high quality unit test.
• To help develop the QA team by continually improving processes.

Qualifications
• MS/BS in Computer Science or related background preferred, experience with the full
development process is a must
• 1-3 years of QA experience.
• Familiar with testing procedure and profound knowledge in software assurance technology.
• Experience testing scalable Web applications and consumer online services
• Experience with n-tier application development (J2EE, .Net, C#)
• Strong knowledge of either Java or C++
• In-depth knowledge of JDBC/SQL
• Proficient in XML, Web Services, unit testing frameworks
• Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Design, Analysis, and Programming
• Excellent technical communication skills in both written and spoken English
• Experience with Hibernate/Oracle/MySQL is a plus
• Experience with Macromedia Flex/Flash a plus
• Experience with Scrum a plus
• Must be able to adapt to rapid changing technology

年薪在 120k~180k + bonus(5%)
