Location: Shanghai

Job Description:

Be responsible for designing and developing the DVD/Blu-Ray navigation component

Follow up Blu-Ray disc specification with BDA

Collaborate with PM, QA, and other develop teams to implement and maintain HDMV/BD-J components

Require Skill:

Bachelor/Master degree in CS/EE

Over 3 years experience in Java and C++

Experience on multi-media or DVD navigation, experience in Blu-Ray is preferred

Familiar with J2ME, PBP, CDC, JMF

Experience in Java Virtual Machine is preferred

Familiar with C++/MFC/Win32

Good English communication skill, both oral and written

Enthusiastic and positive attitude

高级多媒体软件工程师

工作描述：

1.    Responsible to plan, schedule, review and monitor product releases；

2.    Constantly study industry analysts and competitor's solutions, market trends and data;

3.    Maintain good relationship with hardware/software/system solution partners and providers;

4.    Hold a regular program management meeting, track project execution and action items, and resolve issues with all related parties;

5.    Participate in international technology standard organizations，develop technology roadmap and brand awareness.

6.    Sync with the development direction and fill the gap between SH project & TW project.

7.    Help OEM sales to get design win.

8.    Management of staffs’ daily working, training and performance.

Qualifications:

1.  MS/BS degree required，technical background preferred
2.  5+ years of working experience in product marketing/management or technical marketing in Software industry, 3+ years of wording experience in team management, multi-media preferred;
3.  Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
4.  Good communication, organization and interpersonal skill
