BU Description

Concentrix BJ development Lab comes from IBM CDL(China Development Lab) GPS (Global Process Services) Asset team, and it's formally established in May.1st, 2014.  The objective of Concentrix BJ development Lab is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of building solution content - using common components, standard processes and a common platform.

In Concentrix BJ development team, you will have chance to:

- Work on latest technologies and understand new business model

- Work on customer solutions from which you can understand how different 3rd party products(SAP) working together to implement customers' requirements

- Work in a fast growing team with smart people

- Practice Agile development process.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Concentrix Insurance solution project quality in FVT/SVT phase, and support business user to conduct UAT

- Accountable for all testing deliverables in FVT/SVT phase,such as test strategy, test plan, test exeuction, test results, test reports, etc.

- Coordinate among PM, BA team, Development team, Testing team to ensure all testing activities processed as expected.

Required:

- Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or IT related discipline

- 8+ years IT experiences, has 2+ years insurance experiences and fundmental insurance domain knowledge, working in multinational company or insurance industry is a plus

- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and QA process

- Proficient in testing theories and methodologies, ISTQB certification is preferable

- Rich testing experiences in both manual and automation tests

- Good English Reading, Writing and Speaking

[Preferred]:

- Familiar with all kinds of testing tools (QC, Rally, JIRA, QTP, Selenium, JMeter, etc.)

- Automation testing experience and including GUI, interface, performance tessting
