考试系统测试过程中出现如下错误如何解决？

某在线考试系统，当并发用户数达到40时，出现如下错误：
1、Action.c(8): Error -27792: Failed to transmit data to network: [10053] Software caused connection abort
2、vuser_init.c(94): Error -27796: Failed to connect to server "123.232.119.109:9081": [10060] Connection timed out
3、Action.c(8): Error -27792: Failed to transmit data to network: [10053] Software caused connection abort
4、Failed to execute the post collate command.
请问该如何解决？

这种情况一般是服务器的瓶颈还是测试加压机的瓶颈呢？
