Responsibilities

·            Perform hands-on manual testing, anddevelop automated test suites to replace as much manual testing as possible.

·            Help to incorporate automatedtesting into the software development process.

·            Work with both QA team in the US and local engineers to develop software in an Agile iterative releasecycle.

·            Make informed recommendations aboutthe release-worthiness of each iteration. “Push back” when necessary (andjustify it).

·            Understand and develop qualitymetrics for Software.

Requirements

·            5+ years of work experience insoftware QA/Test Automation.

·            2+ years of work experience inweb-based software QA/Test Automation.

·            Experience in Linux, RelationalDatabases (MySQL), Java/Selenium.

·            Experience with load-testing andscale-testing.

·            Good communication skills, speakingand writing fluent English.

·            Interest in online Internetadvertising (actual experience a plus).

·            BS/MS in Computer Science or relateddiscipline.

要求本科五年以上，或者硕士四年以上，Java coding技术很好，可以负责维护测试框架编写测试脚本，英语听说流利。薪资20w年薪以内。

薪资情况： 13m + 1m bonus + 期权+ 2000看牙费用 + 商业保险

                           5险一金，补充住房公积金 3%， 个人交10%，公司交10%

                           合同2年，试用期2个月 ，公司基本不加班，加班有加班费。

公司福利：

上班时间: 9:00-18:00,中午1小时吃饭，不打卡                                    

年假15天，带薪病假8天.每年2000多看牙的费用.期权需要一年后行权
