1.RF test engineer
1.4.1 Familiar with RF conformance testing.
1.4.1.1 Familiar with RF test system operation, R&S 8950G, R&S 8980, Anritsu 7873F, Anritsu 7873L/ Agilent 8800/Mint 1140 test systems.
1.4.1.2 Have 2G/3G/LTE RF test knowledge, familiar with 2G/3G/LTE RF test specification.
1.4.1.3 Have RF test system maintenance/calibration/debug skill, can handle/solve test system issue by self or under Vendor support.

1.4.2 RF test environment build up/ RF test case design experience.
1.4.2.1 Have experience for RF test system build up, can build up test environment according to test specification and with the method to qualify it.
1.4.2.2 Have BOA test system build up and maintenance experience.
1.4.2.3 Have Lab view/ VEE/ GPIB command knowledge.
1.4.2.4 Familiar with RF test instrument key parameter setting, like VBW/RBW/Span/Sweep time/ trigger,  setting in FSU, and some key parameter in CMW500

1.4.3 RF development experience.
1.4.3.1 Have professional RF components knowledge, transceiver/LNA/PA/FEM.
1.4.3.2 Have ability to read RF diagram, and do evaluation for delta test scope for RF diagram change.
1.4.3.3 Have RF calibration knowledge, and know PA/AFC Calibration theory.
1.4.3.4 Have ability to analyze the possibility root cause for RF failed case.

2.OTA test engineer
Competence requirement

1 Proficiency in the OTA test equipment and system.
2 Familiar with communication knowledge.
3 Familiar with standard of OTA.
4 Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.


Work responsibilities

1 Perform OTA test of mobile communication terminal by oneself.
2 Daily maintenance of lab and related equipment.
3 Clarify system problem of OTA and correct.
4 Research on OTA standard and test method (MIMO).
5 Working nights or rotating shifts if required.
