Responsibilities

·        Participating in Agile development activitiesincluding sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and demos.

·        Responsible for design, implementation, test andmaintenance of software modules to a high quality

·        Participates in peer reviews

·        Strives daily to increase the code coveragenumbers for test code

·        Communicate and collaborate amongcross-functional teams in a multinational environment

·        Able to work in various layers of the softwarestack

·        Ability to work in an extremely fast paced andchallenging environment

·        Good debug and problem solving eitherindividually or in a team

·        Participates in team discussion on continualimprovement

·        Shares information and helps work theirco-workers

Qualifications

·        5+ years’ experience on JAVA programming. Strongexperience on J2EE and Spring framework. Experience developing highly secure,scalable, Internet facing solutions

·        Experience with JavaScript, Perl, Python andbash scripting

·        Knowledge of Linux platforms. Knowledge ofHardware, Networking and Storage a plus

·        Takes ownership and has a sense of pride intheir work. Good software engineering skills are a must, as you’ll be workingwith some of the best in the industry

·        A fast learner and self starter withintellectual horsepower

·        Experience with Agile development methodologies.Good problem-solving and organizational skills

·        Experience with User Stories, ATDD, TDD,Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, AgileGames

·        Sets a very high bar in terms of quality.Excellent working in a collaborative team environment

·        Excellent communication skills, both oral andwritten. Continually looking for ways to improve

·        Ability to work with minimal supervision. Degreein Computer Science or equivalent experience required
