For our SUSE Linux Enterprise product line, we are looking for experienced Linux/Unix developers/administrators to deliver the commerciailized Linux. You will join a team of software specialists working in a global team on an Enterprise grade Linux product, and need work in a corporate environment as well as in the open source community.

You should be strong on design, coding, debugging, and bug fixing for Open Source system software on Linux. You should be fast learning, analytical thinking, problem solving, and guild the junior egnieers to make things done.

We are looking for:
- At least six years experience on Linux and Open Source software.
- Fluency in C, user space and kernel. Other language (Python, Perl, Shell, Autotools, Ruby) is a plus.
- Fluency in Linux/Unix administration, coding, or hacking.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Fluency in reading and writing English.
Optional requirements:
- Experience on Storage/Networking/Core system utilities and libraries is a big plus.
- Thorough understanding and experience on the commercial Linux distribution is a big plus.
- Knowledge of Open Source software development. Upstream contributions and community involvement is a big plus.
- Version control systems and code review, eg. git, github is a plus.
