Job Description       
•        Lead a performance testing team        
•        Design performance test plan, testing senario, testing strategy and testing processes
•        Communicate with customer and partner
•        A performance testing expert, responsible for root cause analysis and performance tuning.
•        Test database, middleware monitor and optimization
•        LR & performance testing coach for the organization

Job Requirements & Skills Required       
•         B.S. degree above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
•        Experience with function and performance testing, expertise in at least 3 years in LoadRunner.
•        Have experience on at least 2 large-scale projects for performance testing.
•        Familar with Linux, Unix（AIX/Solaris/HPUX）
•        Familar with cluster, load balance, etc is a plus
•        Familar with J2EE,tuxedo，websphere，oracle，informix
•        Good oral and written English skill.
•        Good team work spirit and team player
