只要不是坑人的公司，待遇还能接受，就去吧，入了门再根据能力和兴趣选择以后的方向。

我这边有家美资公司（非外包）的金融软件产品测试职位。
工作地点：北京
英文听说读写熟练
Technical Requirement
-        Must have 1+ years of working experience in QA or working as Java developer; for new graduate, intern experience is necessary.
-        Must have knowledge or experience in Java
-        Must have experience in Software Company
-        Experience with RFT/Eclipse is a plus.
-        Experience with Linux, Postgre SQL is a plus
-        Experience with automation tool/performance testing is a plus
Other requirements
-        Quick learner, never afraid to speak your mind
-        Well aware of current software testing trends and best-practice techniques
Each team lead need specify (not for requirement)
-        What this person will be learning and doing (short term)
1.        Design test cases and test features independently
2.        Reproduce issues reported from the field
3.        Create complete test plans and log clear bug reports
4.        Record and play back the automation cases during the testing
5.        Run RFT scripts during the regression testing, and analyze testing result
-        Team lead’s expectation for this person (more on technical or on business/functional or on management/leadership)
1.        To be an expert of Tamale, know the product well
2.        Can make the test plan, design test cases and perform the testing independently
3.        Have good communication with Boston Team
