1.QA Engineer
Responsibilities:
•        Work with cross-functional project team to review project requirements and plan for I18n and L10n testing projects
•        Write test plans for I18n and L10n software
•        Design and develop I18n and L10n test cases
•        Participate in I18n and L10n test plan and test case reviews
•        Participate in product documentation, online Help, and UI terminology reviews
•        Following test plans and test cases to perform manual black box testing
•        Execute automated L10n and I18n tests
•        Identify, research, and enter bugs
•        Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing
•        Analyze bug reports and communicate results with G11n Project Manager
•        Report issues to G11n Project Manager
•        Work with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot bugs/problems
Requirements
•        Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field with 3 or more years directly related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
•        Excellent written and verbal English communications and organization skills.
•        Good understanding of networking. Must be able to setup test beds (including configuration of network) and be able to troubleshoot and debug network issues
•        In-depth understanding of I18n and L10n Quality Assurance processes and methodologies
•        Ability to develop I18n and L10n test plan and test matrix from engineering design docs
•        Candidates must be fully bilingual in English and one or more of these languages: German, French, Russian, Japanese, and Chinese
•        3+ years of I18n or/and L10n testing experience (Internet/Web, client/server, or/and desktop related applications)
•        Must be detail-oriented
•        Broad technical knowledge including:
        Working knowledge of Windows or Linux OSs. Mac OS a plus
        Basic systems administration (installing and configuring operating systems and hardware)
        Good software engineering practices
        Software development lifecycle principles
•        Team player – ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
•        Ability to work cooperatively and proactively with staff inside and outside of the department
•        Project management experience preferred

2.QA Project Manager
     Responsibilities:
A successful candidate will have a strong technical background in system, network, and G11n testing. Job responsibilities will include:
•        Plan and schedule the VMware I18n and L10n QA project activities
•        Work with VMware G11n Project Manager to review project requirements, plans, and specifications. Provide locale-specific input and comments to the document owner
•        Work with VMware G11n Project Manager to develop I18n & L10n test plan and locale-specific test cases based on project specification
•        Review Core test cases and identify locale-specific test cases
•        Coordinate all I18n and L10n QA related activities with VMware G11n Project Manager to perform testing
•        Resolve issues raised by G11n QA Engineers
•        Analyze defect reports and provide/communicate testing progress to VMware G11n Project Manager
•        Attend the conference call meetings to get the project updates and report project issues/testing concern
•        Report quality metrics and project status (e.g., project weekly status report)
Requirements
•        5+ years of I18n or/and L10n testing experience (Internet/Web, client/server, or/and desktop related applications)
•        2+ years in lead role, and project management experience
•        Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field with 7 or more years industry experience as a Development/QA Engineer
•        Good understanding of networking. Must be able to setup test beds (including configuration of network) and be able to troubleshoot and debug network issues
•        Must be familiar with software project life cycle.
•        In-depth understanding of I18n and L10n development and QA processes and methodologies
•        Ability to develop I18n and L10n test plans and test cases
•        Excellent written and verbal English communications and organization skills.
•        Candidates must be fully bilingual in English and one or more of these languages: German, French, Russian, Japanese, and Chinese
•        Must be detail-oriented
•        Broad technical knowledge including:
