RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely and provide direct technical product support to development team. Testing and verifying new hardware and software according to RFC and design spec, setting up environment to trouble-shoot bugs and verify prototype are the most common daily tasks.
- Write bug reports, configure sample, technical bulletins and application notes for the O2micro support web site and knowledge base
- Collect and process samples of network traffic for inclusion in scripts
REQUIREMENTS:
Required Skills
-2 years of QA or technical support related job experience
-Must have experience in system level testing including test planning, test cases design, and test execution and test automation.
-Network knowledge: Strong understanding of TCP/IP (ICMP, IP, TCP, UDP, SNMP, IPSec, IKE, SSH, HTTP, SSL) and Routing/Switching protocols Protocol (RIP, OSPF, IGRP, EIGRP, BGP, IS-IS)
-Familiar with Linux and Window O/S and test tools: IXIA, Smartbits.
-Knowledge of Firewall, IPSec/IKE, Intrusion detection/prevention, Antivirus
-Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
-Experience in any of TcL/Expect, Perl, Unix shell scripts and/or other scripting language is a plus.
-Knowledge of general QA procedures and methodologies, and software development fundamentals
-Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are essential.
-Good communication skill and command of English in oral and written, Positive-thinking, team-working, quick-learning, self-challenging.
-Strong responsibility and flexibility under work pressure
-CCNP, CCIE, MCSE or RHCE is preferred.

要求：
1、大学本科以上，计算机相关专业，2年以上测试或技术支持经验
2、能够独立制订测试计划，设计测试用例
3、具备出色的 TCP/IP 及经验，熟悉路由及交换协议
4、熟练操作Linux及Windows以及测试设备（SMB或IXIA）
5、了解防火墙，IPSec VPN，有较强的故障检修纠错能力
6、对TCL/Expect，Perl，Unix shell脚本或其它脚本语言任意一种精通者优先考虑
7、有CCIE，CCNP，MCSE，RHCE者优先
8、了解测试流程和测试方法，有一定的软件开发基础经验
9、英语级别：国家四级，具备良好的英语对话和写作能力
10、有较强的责任心以及团队协作精神，能承受工作压力 |
