发生在一个北京朋友的事,
一个朋友去应聘xxxx公司,当时谈的工资是4k。过了几天,那公司的人给朋友打电话说基本上可以去了,但是要和朋友所工作过的公司领导了解一些情况,朋友便把先公司的领导电话给她了(注,此时朋友还没有离职)。等xxxx公司的人和朋友先公司的领导谈完后,打电话告知朋友明天再来公司谈下,基本上没问题了。
第二天,朋友也向现公司提出了辞职。下午便应xxxx公司邀请去面谈了。结果去了后,xxxx公司的人上来便谈,“想要4k的话就没得谈了”。 Xxxx公司提出试用期3K,转正3.5K,如果表现好的话可能会4k。这时朋友已经和现公司辞职了,后路已经断了,再则朋友的工作能力还是可以的,所以报着工作好可以达到4k的想法,说可以。
(此时,xxxx公司的做法已经体现出了不厚道的一面)。
又过几日,xxxx公司告知朋友可以去上班了。试用期2.6k,转正3k,我ft。怎么会有这样的公司,这不是泡人呢嘛,简直欺人太甚了。朋友以为弄错了,让她确认下再打过来,但让人极度失望,回答说没弄错。朋友当场拒绝了这份职位。随后朋友给对方经理打电话询问此事,朋友很是气愤xxxx公司怎能如此办事,公司的信誉怎能如此,得到得答复是,他们公司是按自己的薪酬制度办事的(很是不了解,什么样的制度规定出尔反尔了)。
朋友对该公司很是失望,结果没过多会,那边又打电话说试用期3k,转正3k!我晕!一变再变,拿别人前途当玩笑啊,说变就变。
朋友当时挺想做这个职位的,还想去。不过还好,后来经过考虑后没去,不让到那地方还不得被把血榨干啊!
